The Doctorate in Complementary & Alternative Medicine’s curriculum prepares the student for the most advanced level careers in alternative medicine enabling the graduate to provide consultation, education, and coaching in the areas of complementary and alternative medicine.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Advanced placement is possible for students who already hold a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree in a healthcare-related field such as sports, exercise science, nursing, health education, biochemistry.

Time to Complete: Generally takes 30-36 months

  • CAMD: Doctor of Complementary & Alternative Medicine (CAMD) if the student chooses to focus on clinical cases and applications.
